The lemon tart and meringue cake that captivated audiences on MasterChef Korea in 2012. No one could have imagined that this would be the beginning of a patisserie dedicated to classic European desserts. Since starting in Chebu-dong, Seochon, Jongno-gu in 2013, all of our products—Financier Garni, Merveilleux, and Quiche— created in Tongin-dong, also in Seochon, since 2022, have been recognized by various media outlets, including Korea's Blue Ribbon and France's La Liste.
